He brings a wealth of knowledge and skill-based learnings, with a particular focus on creating a fun, enjoyable and supportive learning environment.

Steve has over 10 years of umpiring experience and continues to umpire high level senior football each week. In a new role for the first time in 2024, Steve has vast experience with coaching junior umpires and sporting teams, with a dedicated focus on developing young umpires with innovative training strategies.
