Female Liasions - Amy Miller and Holly Wedd

Amy and Holly are our Women & Girls Liaison Officers for 2026, responsible for creating inclusive and safe environments for all female umpires. 

The liaison role is aimed at Increasing visibility and representation of Women & Girls in the group

Being a voice for Women & Girls and to raise any concerns to committee and board members, we encourage all Women and girls involved in umpiring to reach out to them for any feedback or concerns they may have. 

By Connecting with the Women & Girls Umpire Liaisons online across Victoria (as well as

nationally during key PD events), their role is aimed at improving the overall experience and retention of umpires by engaging umpires in initiatives and providing feedback to the EDFL and AFL.
